5 out of 5 starsThe canvas quality is wonderful and I live the blue. Now I want to look for more items in the blue canvas. The color contrast of the lobster print, as well as the lobster motif go perfectly on the bag. I can use this for myself or as a gift to go with a bottle of wine. Nice.

Shipping - Tracking - Insurance
We ship via USPS and in some instances UPS. We provide tracking numbers and insurance for all orders. Your satisfaction is our priority so please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues regarding the delivery of your order.
Returns - Refunds
Custom made and personalized items are not eligible for a return or refund. Of course if we have made a mistake on your item, we will quickly replace it entirely at our cost. Please notify us of any problem with your order so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is important to us.

How to place custom order(s)
The ordering instructions are in each product listing. Please read the listing before ordering and provide complete and accurate instructions in the "notes to seller" text box. This box will appear during check out. This is very important as we cannot complete your order without complete instructions. Missing instructions may delay your order. We will message you here on Etsy if we have questions about your order. Please check your Etsy inbox for messages from us after you order.
I need more than the quantity that's available in the listing, Help!
If the quantity available in the listing you are trying to purchase is too low to complete your order here are a few things you can do
Contact us and let us know the total amount that you need. We'll set up a custom listing provided that we actually have the inventory available for you.
2) Search our shop for more listings that offer the same item and add them to your cart from each of the different listings. You can order from multiple listings on Etsy by using the "keep shopping" button. Much like any other online store, you can add as many items to your cart as you'd like before checking out.
